Chandan is a seasoned operations and production professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in activations, concerts, corporate events, and multi-city campaigns. Known for his process-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills, he combines practical expertise with strategic insight to deliver flawless execution.
After witnessing agencies struggle with declining profitability due to high competition and operational challenges compounded by the burden of excessive financial liabilities, Chandan founded One11 Connect - a consulting partner dedicated to helping agencies streamline operations, optimise production processes, and shift focus from fixed costs to client servicing, creativity, and growth.
